Fusion:  Pilates Fusion is a class which combines the mind body disciplines of Yoga and Pilates into an integrated workout drawing from and progressing through controlled exercises, postures and core stabilizing techniques which improve strength, balance, and flexibility.  Check Prop Classes for dates of upcoming Fusion Classes.

 

Good 2 The Core can customize a Pilates session to improve the health, wellness, and productivity of your staff.  Let us come to your boardroom or classroom or gym at your workplace and tailor a program to suit your needs at the workplace to promote wellness amongst your employees.  Classes can be arranged in the mornings and mid day.

Mom and Baby (Post-Partum):

Specific classes for mom with new baby (up to crawling).  Mom & Baby ( 6wks old - pre crawling) learn an interactive Pilates workout together. Mom restores core muscles, strengthens the pelvic floor & regains energy for her daily demands all the while entertaining & stimulating her new baby! This is an opportunity to meet some other new moms in your community as well.
