Dana Mitchell B.Sc.P.T., B.Sc.

A University of Alberta graduate with a degree with distinction in Physical Therapy is also a Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor.

Dana has been helping patients and athletes on their road to recovery and better health and athletic performance for the past fourteen years as a Registered Physical Therapist.  Dana discovered Pilates method of exercise (10 years ago) and realized the many health and therapeutic benefits it had in herself and her patient's Physical Therapy treatments.

Pilates is an excellent way to develop and progress core stability, a field that Dana has a special interest and has consequently taken numerous courses, lectures, and seminars to further her knowledge.  Core strength not only helps resolve chronic back, neck and shoulder problems but can act as a preventative of those problems.

Good 2 the Core Pilates offers several program options available to accommodate and match your experience with Pilates,  your general health and your rehabilitation needs.

Look into one of the programs today and start to experience the many benefits of this method of exercise: core stability, stronger, longer, leaner muscles, improved posture, improved flexibility and mobility, increased circulation, flatter abdominals, improved coordination, increased self-esteem.
